Cleaning Process
A systematic six-step tank cleaning process ensuring thorough dewatering, sludge removal, high-pressure and vacuum cleaning, followed by disinfection and UV sterilization for safe water storage.
Scope of Work
- Drain existing water completely from the tank and sump.
- Remove sludge, sediments and debris with suction equipment.
- Use high-pressure water jets to dislodge dirt, scale and residue.
- Scrub inner walls and base using brushes.
- Apply suitable degreasers, biocides or disinfectants to clean and sanitize internal surfaces.
- Remove the residual water.
- Use UV light to destroy bacteria, viruses, mould and algae without chemicals.
- Conduct a final inspection (visual or documented) to ensure cleanliness.
Safety Measures
- All staff wear gloves, boots, helmets, masks and safety harnesses where required.
- All electrical equipment is properly insulated and grounded.
- Pumps and motors are turned off and locked before starting work.
